PELÍCULAS PRESELECCIONADAS AL OSCAR AL MEJOR FILM DE HABLA NO INGLESA (Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film)

La Academia de Hollywood ha dado a conocer la lista definitiva de las 85 películas propuestas por sus respectivos países para representarlos en los Oscar al film de habla no inglesa.

‘Julieta’, de Pedro Almodóvar, será la cinta española que acuda a este proceso de selección.  Entre sus principales rivales destacan la alemana ‘Toni Erdmann’, la israelita ‘Sand Storm’, la canadiense ‘Sólo el fin del mundo’ o la francesa ‘Elle’.

El documental italiano sobre el drama de la inmigración ‘Fuego en el mar’ podría tocar la fibra sensible después de haber resultado premiado en Berlín. Dinamarca, con su drama bélico ‘Land of Mine’, también se postula entre las nominadas.

Por su parte, la cuota latina también es susceptible de obtener una notable representación, ya que suena con fuerza el chileno Pablo Larraín y su magnífico biopic ‘Neruda’, así como el largometraje argentina ‘El ciudadano ilustre’. España participa en la producción de ambos títulos.
